DDF appears in online casual personals and is explained in a Craigslist acronym guide posted in 2005. We have not found a reliable earlier date. The phrase is dated and imprecise: disease free is not a medical term, and a claim in an ad says nothing reliable about anyone's sexual health, which only testing can show.
